These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of weareverenza.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from Everenza, operated by DB Ecom Group LLC (“Everenza”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and be able to form a binding contract.

2. Products and availability

We make every effort to display our products, colours and details accurately, but actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. All products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities, discontinue items or correct descriptions at any time without notice.

3. Pricing and errors

Prices are shown on the Site and may change at any time. Despite our best efforts, products may occasionally be mispriced or contain errors. If we discover an error affecting your order, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid, even after an order confirmation has been sent.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. Order confirmation is an acknowledgement, not acceptance. We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit or cancel any order — for example if a product is unavailable, an error occurred, or we suspect fraud — and to request additional verification before processing.

5. Payment

By submitting an order you authorise us (and our payment processors) to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount, including taxes and any applicable fees. Payments are processed securely by third-party providers.

6. Shipping, delivery and risk

Delivery estimates and shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier or to your delivery address, as applicable.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Promotions and discount codes

Discounts and promotions are subject to their own terms, cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

All content on the Site — including text, images, graphics, logos and branding — is owned by or licensed to Everenza / DB Ecom Group LLC and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

The Site and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our products are shaping garments and are not medical devices.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Everenza and DB Ecom Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of profits, arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Everenza and DB Ecom Group LLC from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wyoming, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

16. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site. We may update these Terms at any time, with changes effective when posted.
