How to Measure
Getting the right size is the secret to comfortable, flattering shaping. The numbers vary by product — always check the size chart on each product page — but here's how to take your measurements so you choose with confidence.
Before you start
- Use a soft tape measure (or a piece of string measured against a ruler).
- Measure over bare skin or light clothing — never over thick layers.
- Keep the tape snug and level, never tight. Don't pull it in.
- Stand relaxed and breathe normally.
- Between two sizes? Size up for firmer shaping and comfort; size down for a snugger smoothing effect.
Bras

- Band — measure directly under your bust, around your ribcage, where the band sits. Keep the tape firm and level.
- Bust — measure around the fullest part of your bust, tape level and not compressing.
Our wireless, seamless bras are forgiving and adjust with the band hooks and straps — choose by the size range on the product.
Bodysuits

- Bust — around the fullest part of your chest, tape level.
- Waist — around the narrowest part of your waist, usually just above the navel.
- Hips — around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
If your bust and hips fall in different sizes, choose the larger of the two — the shaping fabric smooths the rest. For a long torso, size up so the length sits comfortably.
Shaping shorts

- Waist — around the narrowest part of your waist, where the waistband will sit.
- Hips — around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
- Thigh — around the fullest part of one upper thigh, if shorts usually feel tight on your legs.
Fuller thighs? Size up for comfort. For firm hook-closure styles, pick your true size and fine-tune with the hook rows.
Swimwear

- Bust — around the fullest part of your chest, tape level.
- Waist — around the narrowest part of your waist.
- Hips — around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
Light and medium shaping swimsuits are true to size; firm styles fit snug and take a moment to put on — that's what creates the sculpted shape.
